Various connectivity issues with my Versa

I am having various connectivity issues with my Versa. It regularly doesn't sync, will not update using the app (only works on the PC app), will not login to my Strava account and is unable to download Spotify as it says to make sure the app and device are up to date.   It generally seems to be really buggy and unstable which is very annoying as I have had it for nearly a year now and thought switching to iPhone may help my problems, but in fact they have got worse!

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it doesn't sync properly, won't login to Strava and won't download Spotify.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help page in order to fix the syncing issue.

 

Regarding the Strava connection issue, try revoking access from both apps. After this, try syncing the apps again.

 

Finally, check out and follow the steps advised in this help article in order to fix the Spotify issue.
