Vera 3 stopped tracking all my data

My Versa 3 has never had any issues.  Last week, I was having issues with accurate data tracking.  I followed every troubleshooting step, and now it has stopped tracking everything.  I restarted/shutdown numerous times, and it is still not working.  The battery is also draining much quicker.  My iOS software and Fitbit is up to date.  At this point, it’s completely useless and I will be switching to a more reliable fitness watch.  Customer service responses to each inquiry in the forum is the same-their responses are generic and list the same troubleshooting steps.

Hi there, @Ssleib. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.

To better assist you, may I know which specific data is your Versa 3 not recording? Is your Versa 3 not showing your data on the device itself or the Fitbit app? Have you checked if your Versa 3 is still syncing to your Fitbit account?

As for the battery drain, something I'd like to ask is if you're using Snore Detection? If so, please note that the Snore Detection feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?

Bear in mind that battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used in general. Because you're using an Always-On Display clock face, I'd recommend changing the clock face to another one made by Fitbit and monitor your it's behavior in the next day. Additionally, try turning off this setting by opening the Settings app on your watch > Display > Always-on display.

Hope this helps.
