Vera Lite not staying synced

My versa lite is not staying synced to my phone and I have the all day sync turned on.

@mommytoharper, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not staying synced to your phone.

 

I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the troubleshooting steps that @SunsetRunner shared in his post. If you found his post helpful, please accept it as a solution so other users that experience the same issue can find it easier.
