I updated my software on my Versa via the App Store on my iPhone. Ever since then it hasn’t been working properly and now it won’t even turn on fully. It is stuck on the Fitbit logo and won’t launch. When I tried resetting it but it won’t. I also de-synced it from my phone and tried to resync via Bluetooth but my phone can’t find it.
Has anyone else experienced this and how do I fix it?

Can’t even get it to reset. How do I factory reset it when I’ve only got the Fitbit screen and I’ve disconnected it from the app (which was one of the other suggestions to resychronise it)?
