Hello all,
My Fitbit Versa has recently gone dark. The screen occasionally flashes on and off, though did not respond to touch.
A few days later the problem partially resolved itself. The screen was on and responded to touch, however the home screen was completely dark. I fixed this by updating my clock face.
However, now a new problem has arised.
My heart rate monitor no longer works. The green light that's usually on the underside of the watch is no longer flashing at all. There's definitely something wrong with my Versa that caused the initial dark screen, unresponsive touch, and now the HR hardware failing.
Here are things I've tried.
As I mentioned, I'm certain there's something funky going on with my hardware that's caused these 3 issues to happen back to back like this over the course of this whole week.
Should I make a warranty claim (I've owned it for less than a year and it's store bought) to get it repaired/replaced? If so, then how do I do that?
