Versa 2 Alexa asking for unknown code

Hey all!

 

so I just got my versa 2 two days ago and Alexa was working fine.  I let it charge last night and when I put it on this afternoon it was asking me for a code to be able to use Alexa after asking her to perform a task.

 

i tried resetting my Fitbit and my phone and tried logging in and out from amazon through the Alexa tab in the app.  

nothing works so far

I'm having this exact same problem right now were you ever able to resolve it? Or does anybody know how to resolve it before I bring the watch back to the store
