Versa 2 won't turn on

Hello,

Since a few days my Versa 2 does not switch on.

I tried to recharge it, I tried to push all the buttons for 10 seconds, and all the other techniques I found by googling around.

When I push the buttons, I can feel a vibration, but the screen is always black.

Is there anything I can do?

Thanks

You say buttons - how many do you have?

A versa 2 only has one button.

Hello,
I am sure it’s a Versa, but maybe it’s not a Versa 2, sorry.
There are three buttons, one on the left and two on the right.
Thanks,
Massimiliano

In which case you need to follow the right restart procedure for a "Versa"

Press and hold the button* for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

*For Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons.

If you don't get the logo it would seem the screen is dead and probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Thanks, I already followed this procedure and it doesn’t work.
I sent this message here following the link for the support. How can I contact the support directly?
I see a twitter support but I don’t have twitter.
Is there any other way?
Thanks again
Massimiliano

Hi there @m.chiorboli, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

We're sorry for the hard time you had while reaching our Support Team, due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual. If you got only Twitter as a channel to be connected with our support team, please check later throughout the day to see if our chat and phone support are already available. Click here to get connected.

I'd suggest to share this community link (thread) so our Support Team can be aware of the steps you've done, this way you could also avoid repeating yourself once again.
