I have over the last couple of days come across some issues with my 3 year old Versa 2.
All heart rate tracking has stopped completely and obviously all associated functionality (eg calorie burn) is wrong as a result.
Have tried the following:
- restarted device several times
- switched heart rate tracking off / sync / switched on / sync several times.
These had no success at all. No green lights on the back of the device at all.
Only partial success I had was to completely shut the device down using the About menu within the device. When restarting, the green lights returned and I got a heart rate for all of about 5 seconds before the lights vanished and tracking died again.
Shall I assume that this device is now broken / faulty?

Also worth noting that prior to the heart rate tracking breaking, the reminder to move notifications stopped working too, can’t get those back either regardless of the steps carried out.
