Versa 2 Battery Charging 100%

Just got my Versa 2 and charged it for the first time. However it's been more than 2 hours and the tracker is still showing 'Battery Charging 100%', while my Fitbit app on my phone says it's full.

Is this normal (tracker showing 'Battery Charging 100%') or should it say 'Fully Charged' o

@Nobita88, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa 2 since it won't take a charge properly.

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out if if the issue gets fixed. Regarding your inquiry, the watch only shows Battery Charging 100%. After this you need to unplug it from the charger in order to avoid any battery overheat.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Thanks for your reply. There is no issue with the charging. I was just wondering whether upon reaching 100%, the tracker will say 'fully charged' or just 'battery charging'.

@Nobita88, I apologize for the confusion on my end. However, the correct answer is that your watch will only show "100%" when it's fully charged, it doesn't say that it's fully charged.

Let me know if more questions arise.
