Versa 2 - Blank Screen

Before going to bed last night, I checked the time & it was perfectly fine. I take my watch off each time i wash my hands or shower, so I know the watch was dry. I have an unscaved protective film on my screen, so i know I didn't accidentally ding the watch, yet I woke up this morning & my screen lit up white. I tried restarting it multiple times & I even changed the face of the clock., so far, nothing! Clearly the watch still works since it sensed my arm movements, so what is the issue this time? Was there another glitch on an update that happened overnight?

Hi @A.Vali - you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, they can help you with a factory reset in case it is a software issue only.
