Versa 2: Blank display

My Versa 2 is displaying a blank white screen. It is fully charged.

 

I have tried resetting the watch but it just alternates between the blank white screen and off. No Fitbit logo is displayed.

 

it is currently still syncing with my phone.

 

is this something you can help me with a fix or do I need to return it under warranty for repair?

Since restarting the device didn't work but it's still syncing information, I recommend you to change the clock face of your Versa 2 following the steps that are specified on our help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.
