I've been having a ton of trouble keeping my Fitbit connected to my iPhone. It seems to have gotten worse with the new update that was just released. I'm on an older iOS version but that's not an excuse. Here's a picture to show what I mean. im using an iPhone 8 plus on 13.4.1 using a versa 2.

Hi Ricardo it seems like I've been having trouble with the connection between my Fitbit and my iPhone for at least the last month or two. I've restarted my phone and my Fitbit a few times but continue to have trouble staying connected to my phone.

Your reply is appreciated @seanie86.
Thanks for the details that were shared and for trying the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous. To further investigate this uncommon situation, can you please let me know if you're using other Bluetooth devices at the same time you use your Fitbit? Did you experience this issue after an iOS update? The Fitbit app continue running in the background or this issue beings after you force quit the app? Lastly, are you using the battery saving mode of your iPhone 8?
I'll be waiting for your reply.
