I have a Samsung Galaxy A51 and my Versa 2 was working great then all of a sudden today quit notifying me when I was receiving a call. Just got a missed call notification. I have tried every troubleshooting option I could find. I have unpaired and repaired device, I have deleted and reinstalled app, I have made sure all notifications are on, volume is on etc. Can anyone help me please?

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with notification. I see you tried many of the troubleshooting tips, but I don't see stated if you did a restart of your Versa 2. Please restart your Versa by holding down the button for 10+ seconds, the screen will go dark and then then the Fitbit logo will appear. Once it has fully restarted, check your Bluetooth connection on your mobile device. Fingers crossed this fixes the issue for you.

@CPhillips1 Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Most phones work with the Fitbit app and Fitbit products if they meet our minimum OS requirements. For more information, see Fitbit-compatible devices. Sometimes a missing requirement is the cause and I recommend confirming the steps to set up notifications and follow the complete troubleshooting instructions at How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
