Versa 2 Button is Stuck

This is the second time I’ve had an issue with my fit bit Versa 2. The first time I opened the package, charged the watch and it had a green line through the screen. I took it back and got it replaced because luckily I paid $60 for insurance. This time around I woke up to put my watch on and the side button is stuck/jammed. I can’t use the button for anything and I’m a little annoyed that this is the second time I’m going to need to replace it. I’ve done a small amount of research and there isn’t a way to fix it. Over $350 spent on this Fitbit and I’ve had nothing but faulty watches. Please let the next watch be a good one.

Sorry to hear about your Versa button being stuck and thank you for taking the time to exchange it at the store you bought it. If you have any issues you can always reach out to our Support team and check your device's warranty here.
