I got my Versa 2 about three weeks ago. Two weeks ago I did a 5K on an indoor track, walking at it took me about 1 hour. This past weekend after a firmware update I went to do another 5K indoors on the same track and it took me twice as long and my steps did not equal the same miles. What the hell. The whole point of a fitness tracker is to accurately track my mileage and steps. The husband looked online and I guess this is a common issue for the Versa 2. So I checked my height and stride and it is still acting up, what now? I spent a lot of money so that I could have an accurate measurement and now after two weeks my Versa 2 doesn't want to work properly. Why release a device that has this large of an issue. I shouldn't have to use a second app to track my walks and runs. Help?

@SunsetRunner Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your distance calculation. As you may know the distance is calculated by multiplying your steps and your stride length. You can improve the accuracy by measuring and logging your stride length. Feel free to use these instructions to do this.
Let me know how it goes.
