Versa 2 Charging Issues

I have had my Versa 2 for about a month and a half and never had any issues.  But this time when it died I tried to charge it and it wouldn't charge.  I would try different outlets and it wouldn't work.  I plugged it into my car plug and it wouldn't charge. And so I thought I would plug it into my computer and it shut my computer down.  I love my Versa and I want to continue using it but I don't know how to charge it. Please help me.

Please clean the contacts


Then Do a Restart

I have cleaned the contacts. I have done a reset. This isn’t my first Fitbit and I have never had an issue with any of them. I have charge it like I have done for the last month that I have it. This time it is just shutting down things that I plug it into.
