Versa 2 Charging exclamation issue

Hello Fitbit,

I gotten this Versa 2 about a week ago. I haven't really gotten to use it, but now i think it's out of battery so I am trying to charge it. But when charging/attempting to charge it shows the battery + exclamation mark? What does that mean? And on my phone it says it has 24%. I think it's very absurd, it's brand new and already got issues not knowing what to do! 🤔

Also I tried many different outlets, chargers and such. Nothing changes.

Hello @philip337 and a warm welcome.  I think you should contact Support.  Looks like a defective device to me.  A very low battery should fully charge in two hours or less.

Also it has been charging for about 30 minutes now, and it's still as dead as before...
