Versa 2 Data Not Syncing

Hello! So I am trying to sync my info on the app and it's not loading. I refresh it and just goes back in a second without it updating. I tried restarting my phone and reopening the app several times. I also thought maybe it was my wifi so I tried that but all that still didn't work. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I am having the same issue. Now I am completely locked out of my app. I changed my password and it keeps saying wrong info. I got a new phone and the app won't sync with my tracker. I updated tracker and app. Nothing is working.
