Hi @hairdr80,
How long did you leave it on the charger for? It needs to be on the charger for a good 2 hours or so to get a decent charge.
Also, are the contacts and pins clean on the charger and device? If they're not, take a toothpick and gently scrape around the contacts and pins. They both need to be clean in order to get a good, strong connection between the two when they charge.

I purchased a Fitbit Versa Lite on 07/31/19 and mine died on Tuesday. Completely blank, won't charge, no lights, etc. DEAD! I've emailed Fitbit, but they aren't much help??? I thought these things had a warranty?

I had the same problem, with this piece of junk. The GPS never worked on it, so it was really just a glorified watch with a HR monitor, and it never did all the things it was supposed to. Last night I went to bed with 40+ charge, and it is just dead now, and tried to reset it, but nothing happened. Think I am going to give up on FitBit and try another tracker. I started with the FitBit original, and then went onto the Ionic (lasted about 2 years), and so went to the Versa when the Ionic was backlogged. The Versa has always been a piece of junk, and I am very disappointed I spent the $200+ on it. Come on FitBit get your act together. Now that Google bought you out, I'm sure the service will be poor also!
