I have a blank screen but it is still tracking. Sleep just shows general info on app for past few days. Yesterday, I couldn't swipe and battery went from 62% to zero in a matter of hours. After full charge screen was blank. I have tried reset but it doesn't seem to reset -hard to tell what it is doing since screen is blank. I have also changed the clock face. The fitbit is less than a year old. I cannot find any other way to get a hold of customer service. Please adviseThank you

Good afternoon, I'm going through the same thing with my Versa. Mine didn't go through all of that, it dead and I put it on the charger. When I heard my alarm go off, I turned to turn it off but my screen is blank. I tried to reset it and everything and nothing is working. I also tried to contact customer services but they said that they are closed on the weekends due to the Covid-19. So I wont be able to talk to anyone until Monday. Please can someone help!!!!!!!!!!!!
