Versa 2 Display not working

The face on my watch has gone white and I unable to see any of info and I can't turn it off.  What can I get rid of the white and get my normal clock face and apps.

Thank you for the information. At this time, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 2 by following the instructions here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

On a side note, I've moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatches board to keep our forums organized.

Our family members Versa 2 was working ok  a week ago, then the display started to flash different colours, display wouldn't stay bright, reverted to dim and you coudn't see anything and hard on battery, wouldn't last a day before charging.  Tried all of the self help including tapping/restart methods and replacing clock face.  Is there a upgrade for the Versa 2 in the works?  Any help would be appreciated.
