Versa 2 Display

Suddenly the display won't brighten or dim. Was working fine on Saturday. Charged it Sunday night. Noticed on Monday that it wouldn't change. I have restarted it twice now. No change. Does this mean it is time for a new tracker???

Could you please confirmed, that you followed these steps to restart your Versa 2: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Please go the settings on your watch and try to change the brightness settings there.
