Versa screen turned white

About two months ago my Versa's screen turned white and wasn't usuable anymore. Didn't  do anything about it then because i had allot of stuff happening in life. Yesterday i found it so here i am making this post. 

All other functions except for the screen work fine. I can sync, count steps, monitor sleep and all of that. So im guessing that the problem is just the screen. Also im pretty sure that it is a hardwear problem because if the watch is left untuched the screen will return to normal but if there is any change of what the screen is displaying (scrolling left or right, entering apps, turning the screen on and off, etc) it will turn white again in a minutes time. To recover it takes a day or so. I have no idea what could have caused this to happen because as far as i remember i didn't  do anythig special that day.

Hello there @Purvs123, thanks for the details provided about your Versa's screen behavior. 

In order to solve this, I'd recommend to restart your Versa by following these steps. If the restart does not work, please check on the Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app. 

Give this a go and let me know the outcome.

Even though i had eestarted my Versa before with no luck i did it again and nothing changed. The screen is all white and i can't see thru it. The clock face change didn't do anything either. As i said before i am pretty sure that this is a hardwear isue as the screen is messed up no matter if i enter apps or switch clock faces.

But having said that i am still open for ideas.

My screen is white as well and just got this versus 2 not too long. I tried all the steps.

I did all that gel things doesn’t work. Screen still white
