Versa 2: Displaying red thermometer

So it was colder than normal today but still kinda warm and my Fitbit has a tringle with a thermometer with the red symbol. It has been the coldest ever this year today. I plugged it in and still not working. This is the first time it has happened. Any ideas for help?

  2. Let go of the buttons.
