Whenever I work out in the gym on a recumbent bike, Versa thinks I’m on an elliptical and gives me a bunch of extra “points “ on the Weight Watchers app when they sync up.
Anybody else have this issue?

Hi @Dusty5454 , It's nice to see you for the first time at the Community. Thank you for the information provided.
There can be various reasons why your activities were not recorded or recognized correctly.
Remember that indoor bike is not recognized by your Fitbit device, only outdoor biking.
For example, the activity is not fully recognized by your movement patterns.
You paused for more than 30 seconds during the first few minutes, so the tracker may have "thought" that the exercise had ended.
I recommend that you restart your tracker and set the start times for the activities differently. For example, for walking, putting on 10 minutes, running on 15, cycling outdoors on 20, etc. and / or ignoring the activities you don't use.
You can find the instructions for this here.
Which activities does my Fitbit device track automatically?
Can I change how my activities are tracked?
Please let me know if you have any questions.

@Dusty5454 Even though you are riding a recumbent bike, most users choose Spinning from the Exercise Shortcuts and then use the Exercise app to track it. We view Spinning as a catch all for all indoor cycling.
Why don't you try Spinning and see if you get a better estimated calorie burn?
How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?
