My touch screen hasn't worked in about a month. But everything else has been working - alerts, syncing, time..
I want to factory reset to see if that fixes it.. but i can't find anywhere that says how to do it without navigating through the watch menus. Is there a way with the single button or through the app?

Have you tried a restart first, holding in left button until get the Fitbit icon?

Yes, i restart it every few days hoping that it would magically start working again. No luck
