Hi,
I don’t see any forum for the Fitbit Versa 2 so just posting this here. Apologies if incorrect.
My Fitbit is frozen on the Home Screen. I have tried resetting it by holding the home button for 8 seconds.
i have also tried to reset it holding the home button for 8 seconds. Letting go for 2 seconds and re holding for 8 seconds.
I have turned Bluetooth on/ off.
I have synced the watch successfully from the app.
sometimes after a reset it will say ‘not synced and no data found’. Before then turning to a green tick.
can someone please advise?
my last Fitbit gave up after 2 years. This one appears similar.

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps performed and the information shared. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.
Also you can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
