Versa 2 GPS / Timing Issue when Running

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Just went for my first run after purchasing the Versa 2. I planned this out on Strava Route Planner before I left - total 8.1km.

I noticed when running that my pace did not change on the watch face the whole way round, which is not accurate in itself but moreso it paced me at 6m 40s per kilometre, which is about 70 seconds slower than my average pace per kilometre. This did not change throughout the whole run.

When I returned home, it stated that my run was 6.19 kilometres, again with an average pace of 6 min 40 secs per kilometer.

I run frequently enough to know that the timing and GPS is out. How do you rectify this via Fitbit, it is simply not accurate. I have seen posts re recalculating stride but would have thought time and distance travelled would calculate pace correctly. Help please, before I revert back to my trusty Garmin!
