Versa 2 GPS data doesn't sync properly

Hello I am an avid runner and stay to the same trail. However within the past two weeks I will log a run which I allow GPS to track, but when viewed on the app theres nothing logged. Simply a dot and in a random spot on my map. My versa has suffered to damage so I wanted to know if anyone has experienced this? It will still track all other stats (heart rate, stride length, elevation, etc) however not sure to even trust any of it.

Hi @Skidoouy, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not logging the GPS data properly. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your GPS data. Finally, monitor your watch during the next workout and see if it logs the GPS data properly.
