Hi there, I've seen this question for a lot of other devices but not yet for the versa 2.
I want to use my fitbit with my iphone XS to track my runs with GPS.
I have done the following three times:
- gone to settings and made sure cellular data was enabled
- gone to background app refresh and turned on
- ensured location services are on
- in the fitbit app, turned GPS on
- logged out of the fitbit app
- unpaired the versa from my phone
- turned off the versa for 3 minutes
- turned off my phone for 3 minutees
- turned everything back on
- logged back in to app
- synced my fitbit to my phone
and I still see the line "gps will not be turned on" when I go to exercise settings.
Can anyone help with this?
