Versa 2 Get Rid of Zone Minutes

  • Please bring back the old Active Minutes and get rid of the new Zone Minutes or give us the option of choosing. This issue was raised in another post and was marked "Answered," but it was *clearly* not answered or resolved, given the number of people posting who had the same issue. I absolutely detest the new Zone Minutes, and there's no way for me to switch back.  I went for a brisk walk with my dog today, and I got zero credit. I understand it's not like running a marathon, but it's what I can do right now. In order for me to see my old regular Active Minutes from before, I have to open the Zone Minutes, go to Week, scroll down and see what it used to track. Today's walk didn't even show up, though!  For someone trying to get back into physical fitness like me, this is so very discouraging.  I feel like I didn't do anything worth tracking, or at least Fitbit doesn't think so.  The point of a fitness watch is being able to track your exercise, not what they deem good enough to be called exercise.  I've been a loyal Fitbit wearer for years, and I got my whole family into them, but this just stinks.  What's the point of wearing a fitness tracker if it doesn't track your fitness?  Fitbit, I hope you're listening, and you change it back or give us the option of the old Active Minutes, or you'll have a lot of unhappy customers switching over to the many other choices in the fitness watch market.  Please respond.  Thank you.

Hello @JenBerne and welcome to the Help forums.  You can vote for and comment on this Feature Suggestion.  This is the best way to let Fitbit know what you, as a user, wants.
