Versa got stuck at Fitbit logo

My Fitbit versa watch is stuck at logo. The logo comes up and then goes off and then come up again. This happens in a loop. I've tried everything. Factory reset, reset, nothing works. Please help.

Hi @saikumar1988, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa got stuck on the Fitbit logo. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid any confusion on my end, please let me know if you performed the factory reset as listed below:

1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds. 
2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive). 
3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons. 
4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
5. Set up your watch from scratch

I've tried all these , nothing works. I have tried all 3 buttons and the same that you have mentioned! Please help!
