Versa 2 loses Bluetooth connection

Hi, for the last few days my Versa 2 won’t keep a Bluetooth connection to my iPhone. I have to keep going into the phone’s settings and forgetting my FitBit. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hi @Repentandbsaved 

I have had this issue from time to time with my Versa 2 and other trackers. You may have already done some of these steps, but please try them ALL and fingers crossed it helps.

  1. Go to Bluetooth settings on your mobile, if your Versa  is still showing as connected. Forget the device.
  2. Restart your Versa (if you need instructions, they can be found HERE)
  3. Restart your mobile device (also make sure you don't have iOS updates pending)
  4. Reconnect your Versa

Fingers crossed this does the trick for you too.
