I received my Versa 2 as a Christmas gift in 2020. It’s been fine until this morning when I couldn’t turn off my alarm by tapping the screen and realized the screen wasn’t responding to swipes or taps. I reset it a couple of times, then followed the reboot how-tos (unpair, shut down app, shut off Bluetooth, turn off phone/wait 2 min, re-setup Fitbit, restart watch) and it didn’t work. Changing the clock face let me swipe once but then the Fitbit chose a random app to open and hitting the button made it open over and over. I tried to reset it again and now it’s back to being non-responsive.
