Hi all, the hear rate monitor on versa 2 stopped working yesterday. No lights being emitted from the rear of the device. Have done a factory reset and checked that the monitor is correctly turned on. My feeling is that this is a hardware issue - has anyone else any experience ?
Mine will stop and start monitoring all throughout the day. I have no idea why, all my lights work. If I just turn it off and back on it works. Google it though, i have seen comments on how to fix it.
Sorry that stinks, so many things depend on the heart monitor and that's the main reason I bought it. If it's pretty new contact fitbit company and see if you can get it resolved.
