Had my Fitbit Versa 2 for about a month now and for some reason the Heart rate monitor goes in and out. 
I have tried the following: 

- Turn off and on the device
- Hard reset 

- Toggle heart rate monitor to off and off

- Make sure my wrist band isn’t too tight or too loose

Yet nothing seems to be consistent. The green light turns on momentarily when I do a reset or turn the device back on, but it’s not constant. 
Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated!
