My Versa 2 is not working right and it’s driving me crazy. I have had this for almost 2 months now and it’s been working great!! I am in the middle of moving and didn’t have my charger with me, so the battery died yesterday evening. I was able to charge it last night. I heard it vibrating every 5-10 mins, but I noticed I didn’t have any notifications on my phone so I didn’t understand what was going on. When it was fully charged, I put it on. Ever since then, about every 5-10 mins, the heart rate stops working (it shows “—“) and it vibrates. Then the heart rate starts working again. But then it shuts off. Then about 5 mins later it vibrates when it turns itself back on again!! It’s fully charged; I even tried plugging it in again to see if that would help it. I have restarted it myself a few times (even though it keeps doing it itself!). I have moved it’s position on my wrist although I’ve never had that issue before. I cleaned my watch on the back part where it reads my heart rate. It just won’t stop doing this!! I am at a loss on what to do. Any suggestions? If this isn’t working by Monday I am going to give them a call. Thank you!!!

I’ve tried turning it on and off and resetting it and all that jazz that has been suggested and mine while it turns back on to begin with it turns back off again and I don’t notice within a few hours. This was a replacement from July 2020 when my last fitbits watchface just fell off.. not impressed at all. I originally purchased this as I was told i needed something to monitor my heart as I have a heart condition and was told this was the best in the market. A little frustrating
