Versa 2 Heart Rate quit working

I was walking one day and my heart rate got stuck on 126bpm.  Did the factory reset thing, disable and enable, shutdown, powered back on, checked settings on fitbit.com to see if there was a HR setting to fix, there wasn't.  Everything I've tried hasn't worked.  What's weird, I tried the "Relax" breathing it has on the watch (it's the pink heart icon) and my HR green light starts flashing.  Got excited just to come to a sad realization the HR still didn't work.  Activated this Versa 2 Oct 2020.  Broken since 6/11/22.   Was given a 35% off coupon to use on Fitbit's website.  I keep reading about Fitbits dying out right after the warranty expires. Don't think I'll pursue another Fitbit if that's the case.

Hi @CowboyOasis - by chance did you reinstall the clock face you were using originally, it may have a problem, try another one and of course you no doubt checked in Settings that heart rate is on.
