I need an update so I can install different watch faces. I cannot figure out how to. Help?

When the app detects that an update is available it starts to download it bit-by-bit in the background. When it's fully downloaded the app will show a banner asking if you want to install the update. Fitbit say that this background download can take a couple of days.
