Versa 2 - Intermittent Heart Rate Recording

I was recently gifted a Versa 2. I've noticed some oddities that I don't know whether to attribute to the device or the app. It looks like my heart rate tracking in the app tapers off and resumes at a later time. I can observe heart rate on the device at all times during this period.

Congratulations on your new Fitbit Versa 2! I am glad to assist you with your concern about the heart rate tracking in the app. Thank you for letting me know that you can observe heart rate on the device at all times during this period, and providing a link with what you see in your app. Unfortunately, I was unable to check it. If possible, please provide me with a screenshot. I will be glad to investigate further.
