Hi,
After wearing my Versa 2 for about two days then putting it to fully charge, my screen went black and unresponsive. My phone and watch would not sync. Resetting (as suggested in some forums) did not work.
Eventually I read some instructions...like restarting phone then turning bluetooth off/on, syncing phone with watch changing the clock face. It worked but guess what?! Only when charging to my disappointment.
Help is urgently needed. My wish is to make this watch a part of my daily routine. I also had to purchase a new phone for compatibility.

Hi @MsBelle Try a factory reset. Either go to the settings app and scroll down to About, or use the button method. If it doesnt fix it then contact Support.
BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
