Versa 2 won't swipe

I have been have problems with my Versa 2 because its stuck on te clock face and wont let me swipe on any of the other pages.

Install a different clock face and then try a Restart and do it several times if necessary if the clock face doesn't work.

There is a ridiculous amount of resetting that has to occur just to get the screen touch to work properly. Is this a bug/glitch? Will it be resolved? This seems like an ineffective long term solution.
