My Versa 2 started today with an estimated 30-40 percent battery life. I noticed it showed a crazy high heart rate when I was at rest this morning, that the sensor on the back wasn't flashing to say that it was even reading my heart rate. Then it suddenly turned off, though I was working and didn't notice when this happened. When I pressed the button, it showed it only had 5 percent battery left, then turned off again. I still had to finish my duty day, so, after it displayed a low battery icon and turned off, I just left it until I could charge it at home. I charged it and, upon using the button to turn it on, the Fitbit logo keeps flashes on and off ad nauseam. I tried pressing the side button to do a factory reset, but it wont even vibrate or anything, just keeps flashing the Fitbit logo. I use this to track my sleep and manage my workouts, so I would like to get this operational ASAP. Please help.
