Versa 2 Lite won't sync

Please help I have been in the Middle East my Ftbit worked perfectly for 2 days with my phone then it stopped syncing and logging my exercise now I'm home my Fitbit it still on Middle East time and still not working with my phone please help I want to throw it in the bin.
