Versa 2 Music Transfer

So, I just recently bought the versa 2. I have been trying all day to get the watch to connect to my Mac to transfer music. I have downloaded the fitibit connect app and re-downloaded it. I have followed all of the help forums. It doesn't matter what I try the watch wont connect to the fitbit connect app. Am I missing something? Has anyone had success with this recently?

Things I have tried:

-Made sure watch was on same wifi as Mac

-Turned off bluetooth on phone and computer

-Turned off computer and watch and turned back on
