Versa 2. No Pulse

I have been using Fitbit Versa 2 for 4 months.
On January 11 the pulse function stop working.
If I reboot my Versa 2 it works for some time. (Not allways)
I have tried to set Pulse Off, reboot, Pulse On and reboot, nothing helps.
What to do ?

Have you tried shutting the Versa 2 off, then restart? 

Are the green lights flashing.

The green lights are flashing and I have tried to restart many times. In
the beginning the heartrate started to work, after restarting, but only for
one or two hours. Now it never works.
I have tried to shut the Versa 2 down and wait for 10 min and then restart
a couple of times. But I don´t have any heartrate any more.
Now I will try to reset to factory.
I'll let you know if that works.

Factory reset yesterday evening and working fine since then.

I have the same problem. Tried factory Reset and even shut it down a couple

of times but nothing works. Any idea what to do next?
