Versa 2 Not Logging correctly

I just purchased the FitBit Versa 2 yesterday, and it is already having problems. I walked over 14k steps and ran 4.5 miles, yet it says I burned only 1000 calories. I also walked my hourly steps, but the app says I did not, while my watch says I did. I restarted both my phone and the watch, and I logged out and back in. Nothing is working. It says everything is synched, but I am confused. The calorie count is wrong on both the app and watch.

@SunsetRunner that's not possible. Versa 2 starts shipping Sunday, Sept 15. Can you please verify the model of your Versa so we can help you better? Perhaps, it's Versa Lite?
