So since the last update I have been having problems with my Versa 2.
1. Once in a while it will vibrate like I have a notification, when I tip my wrist to check it I cannot touch the screen without it turning off. When I press the button on the side it wakes it up but when I touch the screen it shuts off again. When I restart the watch everything is fine for about 30 minutes then it does it again.
2. When I get a notification between the above problem and I try to touch the screen its not responsive at all, I can't swipe up, down, or sideways. Again I have to restart the watch, wait about 10 minutes after that and then everything works fine.
I have tried to troubleshoot it myself by searching all over the internet but nothing seems to help. I have tried all the following:
Reboot - Seems to be a temp fix but eventually messes up
Factory reset - thought it might be a problem with an app of something I added
Unpaired and factory reset - removed it and re-paired it with the Fitbit app as if it is brand new
Factory reset my phone and fitbit - Still have the same issue
I have only had the fitbit for a couple months and everything worked perfectly up until the last update came through.
I have the Galaxy note 9+ and the versa 2, any help is appreciated!

I had the same issue in my Versa lite. The final solution is to install a FITBIT APP 2.90 which can be downloaded in google search. Then update the Fitbit watch (in fact downgrade). The update may require 8 hours.
