Versa 2 Not Turning on or Charging

I guess my Versa died over night while I was sleeping. So this morning I put it on to charge on my drive to work. Usually will give it 40% s I can make it through my day. However, I don't think it charged because it won't turn on so I cleaned the charging prongs, still nothing.The logo won't even pop up to indicate that the charge is working.

 

Any fixes?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary after charging as much as you can.

I bought my Versa 2 yesterday. I did the initial charging. Now it is at 33% and will not charge any further. I have shut it down using the about setting and tried a different USB port but nothing. What a letdown!!
