Purchased Versa 2 Dec 3rd, 2019. Working great until last week. It would not accept a charge. It would only show red exclamation mark screen after holding the left button for 10 seconds. Read forums and cleaned the back of the watch and charger as suggested. I tried again to charge for 12 hours +. Still only showing red exclamation mark screen after holding the left button for 10 seconds. Unable to reset as it will not boot up. Plugged charger into different USB wall plug for over 24 hours and still no response, only now I cannot even get the red exclamation mark screen to appear. It seems what little charge in it has drained completely.
Please advise.

Exactly same thing happened to mine. I chatted with an specialist directly on fitbit official site and they found that the battery is probably dead not able to recharge. So they will send me a replacement versa 2 at no cost after I told them I bought the watch from QVC but QVC sent me directly to them. So I am waiting for my free replacement.
